The writer, Richard Sayage, an avid golfer, lives in Long Island, New York, after having spent his younger years growing up in Brooklyn, NY. Numerous fields of study (including religion, earth and spatial sciences, construction, carpentry, chess, warfare, high tech weaponry, music, art, business, finance, and computer and internet technology) over his many years have allowed him to write with ease on a number of different subjects. An avid reader himself, writers such as Farmer, Burroughs, Patterson, Clancy, Puzo, and Ludlum, to name a few, have had a large influence on his own writing.
The point of his stories, novels, or poetry writing, first and foremost is for it to be a fun and entertaining experience for the reader. Secondly, they should elicit the emotions of the reader and captivate your imagination. His writings and certainly some of the contained stories are steeped in fantasy, science fiction, religion, and horror. A mixture of your everyday world and how it might interact with that which can not be easily seen by you or anyone else. The author attributes his ability to perhaps see the uncommon things in our lives to his levels of emotional imbalance. Regardless, his faults may be our gain.
These stories are a small sampling of what he does in his spare time. The larger part of his time is spent writing novels, two of which are in progress. His given mood allows him to work on any of the above, since they are representative of different styles of writing on assorted subject matters. The author hopes that he has been successful to you the reader on the point; have fun and be entertained while you read his writing.
